Timing[]
The effect of this Upgrade Card triggers at the start of each Ship Phase. Command tokens are dealt at the start of the Ship Phase and can then be spent to trigger any Ship Phase upgrade cards such as Fleet Commands.

Appearance[]
Grand Moff Tarkin served the Galactic Republic and later the Galactic Empire. He became Commander of the Death Star briefly before the Battle of Scarif, gave the order to destroy the planet Alderaan, and died during the Battle of Yavin.
He appears in Episode III, Episode IV, Rogue One, and several episodes of the TV-Series Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels.
