Rule
During Ship Phase players take turns activating their ships, starting with the player with initiative. A player has to activate one ship when it is his turn. If a player doesn't activate a ship he passes.
There are three ways to pass an activation:
- If a player has no unactivated ships remaining, he must pass his turn for the rest of the Ship Phase.
- A player exhausts a Strategic Adviser upgrade card equiped to a yet unactivated large ship.
- Once per round, when a player would have to activate a huge ship, he can choose instead to receive a pass token.
