This page describes additional rules that are used when playing the Corellian Conflict.

Corellian Conflict Rule Edit

Bases and outposts are represented by stickers that are applied next to planets and mark each team's control over the Corellian Sector. The location of a base on the campaign map determines the amount of resources each team earns at the end of each campaign turn that can be spent on their fleets and the access to strategic effects for the team. A base also affects the outcome of a battle fought at its location.

CC Location key

Mark the spot in the lower right corner of a location to indicate which side controls it.

Base and outpost locations are marked on the map using stickers (allowing the map to be put up in a public location or taken down and transported without losing the base locations) and are also recorded on each team's Corellian ConflictTeam Roster.

Bases Edit

A team with a base at a location controls it and earns 25 resource points plus the resource bonus value (upper left corner) of the location during Management Phase. Depending on the location of the battle, the team may also gain access to strategic effects (indicated under the location's name).

  • The Imperial team starts with a base at Corellia plus a number of lmperial Base stickers equal to the number of Imperial players. The Rebel Alliance starts with a number of Rebel Presence stickers equal to twice the number of Rebel players. Half of these should represent outposts and half bases.
  • If an assault is declared at a location with an enemy base the defender selects one of the three "Base Defense" campaign objectives.
  • PresenceDestroyed sticker

    Destroyed Sticker

After an assaulting player wins a battle at a location with a base sticker, that base is destroyed, and the opposing team places a Destroyed sticker over the existing sticker. Then the assaulting player's team gains campaign points equal to one plus to that location's victory bonus value (Number under Resource Point Bonus). (FAQ p. 3)
  • After a player wins a battle as the defender at a location with a base sticker, that player's team gains one campaign point.
  • ImperialBase sticker

    RebelBase sticker

    Rebel Base

Players who won a battle during the Battle Phase have the opportunity to construct a new base or outpost at the location of that battle. To do so, that player spends 15 resource points and places either an lmperial Base sticker (if an lmperial player) or a Rebel Presence sticker (if a Rebel player) on that location.
  • The Empire can only have a number of bases equal to twice the number of lmperial players plus one. The Rebels can only have a number of bases equal to the number of Rebel players plus one.

Outposts Edit

The rebel team can construct outposts at a location to control it and earns only the resource bonus value (upper left corner) of the location during Management Phase. Depending on the location of the battle, the team may also gain access to strategic effects.

  • The Rebel Alliance starts with a number of Rebel Presence stickers equal to twice the number of Rebel players. Half of these should represent outposts and half bases.
  • If an assault is declared at a location with an enemy outpost, treat the location as unoccupied.
  • After an assaulting player wins a battle at a location with an outpost sticker, that outpost is destroyed, and the opposing team places a Destroyed sticker over the existing sticker. Then the assaulting player's team gains campaign points equal to one plus to that location's victory bonus value (Number under Resource Point Bonus). (FAQ p. 3)
  • After a player wins a battle as the defender at a location with an outpost sticker, that player's team gains one campaign point.
  • RebelOutpost sticker

    Rebel Outpost

Rebel players who won a battle during the Battle Phase have the opportunity to construct a new outpost at the location of that battle. To do so doesn't cost resource points. That player just places a Rebel Presence sticker on that location.
  • The Rebel team can only have a number of outposts equal to twice the number of Rebel players.

Presence Edit

RebelPresence sticker

Rebel Presence

The Rebel team has the opportunity to construct bases or outposts to contral a location. The Imperial team doesn't know which locations are outposts and which are bases. The Rebels indicate their control over a location with a Presence Sticker.

lf an assault is declared against a location with a Presence Sticker and the battle is not a special assault, the Rebel team must tell the attacker whether the location is a base or an outpost.
