Compared to the Venator I-class Star Destroyer for 90 pts. the II-class variant has a Squadron value of 5 instead of 3. It is armed with 2 red, 2 blue, and 2 black dice instead of 3 red and 3 black at the front, with 2 red and 2 blue dice instead of 1 red, 1 blue and 2 black at its sides. It has 1 blue and 1 black anti-squadron dice compared to 2 blue for the cheaper variant. It bears a slot for a Defensive Retrofit instead of a Fleet Command upgrade.
Compared to the Venator II-class Star Destroyer in the Imperial Fleet, it shares all stats except for a squadron value of 5 instead of 3, a slot for Offensive Retrofits instead a second Ordnance and the ship trait Clone which the imperial Venator II misses for obvious reasons.

The Venator-class Star Destroyer, also known as Republic attack cruiser or Jedi Cruiser, was the backbone of the Republic Navy, being able to fulfill multiple roles in warfare. It was first seen on screen at the battle over Coruscant in the opening of Episode III and later had lots of screen time in the animated TV-show The Clone Wars.
